Craig Randall
Craig Randall has worked
in CPA firms for over 25 years after attending California State University,
Northridge with an emphasis in business management. During this time he specialized
in working with manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies throughout Southern California. He has assisted many businesses in implementing more advanced accounting and inventory
control software, during which he learned the back-end of the manufacturing processes.
Discovering failures and inadequacies of operational procedures and policies, he has successfully designed, developed and implemented improvements to resolve such problems.
Craig has assisted in selling clients businesses,
or parts of them, for a variety of manufacturing and service business types. He has helped many clients acquire competitors.
Craig uses unique and innovative methods for matching the right buyers and sellers together.
Enjoying problem
solving, Craig Randall has reduced direct cost of goods sold by improving purchasing strategies, improving work order determination
and processing, decreasing manufacturing and assembly costs by determining how to measure warehouse productivity, then creating
benchmarks to monitor and increase productivity. Streamlining the cost
of delivery has allowed dramatic reductions in assembly picking time, order picking time, packaging costs and shipping department

Craig has been beneficial

Scott Young
Scott Young has over 25
years experience in helping companies create and implement successful business strategies, and achieve operational efficiencies
and revenue growth. With an education from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (professional
Bachelor of Architecture degree), International Program studies in Florence, Italy,
and Caltech, Mr. Young excels in creative design, problem solving, strategy/planning and technical analysis. His clients cover a range of sizes and industries, and include such organizations as ARCO AM/PM, BBDO West,
Del Web, Foodmaker/Jack-in-the-Box, JAMS/Endispute, UCI, UCLA, numerous municipal agencies, hospitals and medical clinics,
and various religious organizations.
Prior to consulting,
Scott Young’s professional career began as an architect, and within three years was promoted from draftsman to director. He was responsible for strategic implementation of a half-million dollar Computer-Aided
Design program for a leading-edge 40-person architectural firm in Newport Beach, California. Successful development of system standards, guidelines, training, and production techniques
yielded a 60% increase in productivity within two years.
Having started, owned
and operated several businesses, Scott has gained invaluable insight into the everyday problems of a growing business. He has experience in creatively determining and implementing solutions necessary for
success, and has honed unique strategies and capabilities towards improving a business’ operations and bottom line. His ability to listen and calmly apply creative and innovative approaches is instrumental
in helping businesses through challenging times. Scott has helped many with his
innate ability to get to the core of the problem, determine the immediate correction and commit to assisting in the long-term
procedural improvement necessary.
Scott volunteers time
towards community- and family-oriented causes such as church building committee, coaching children’s baseball, softball,
volleyball, and AYSO soccer. He has served on the boards of such organizations
as PACE/Alliance for the Arts, RequestAmerica.com, and the YMCA. Scott has been
married for 19 years, and is the blessed father of three great children.
Paul Hightower
Very experienced. Very intelligent. Very quick. Paul has held senior executive positions including Vice President of Operations and Chief Executive Officer
and has more than 30 years of direct hands-on experience in product development, marketing, manufacturing & general management. Paul’s vast background includes direct turn-around and direct management experience
in many manufacturing industries.
Paul Hightower has
been a Member of the Los Angeles Unified School District Advisory Council, a Member of the Board for the Granada Hills Business
Improvement District, a Member and Advisory Coach for the Executive Roundtable Group for CEO’s, and a Member of Vistage
formerly known as The Executive Committee (TEC).
An active member
of the local community, Paul is also active with his wonderful family. Being
the President of his local Homeowners Association helped Paul in maintaining and improving his local community.

Doug Denton
Doug Denton is an
accomplished VP of Operations. He has coordinated the efforts of hundreds of
manufacturing and assembly workers in cosmetics and other industries. Doug is
not content merely doing a good job, rather he goes above and beyond in working countless hours striving for excellence, innovative
improvements and exceptions based accountability.
Doug has worked
as Operations Manager, Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations for 5 million to 100+ million dollar businesses throughout
the Greater Los Angeles Area. Doug is an expert in Crystal Reports, a sophisticated report generation program that is utilized
by many of the top mid-market accounting programs. This expertise allows Doug
to determine, design, then implement company specific reports that replace the generic reports that don’t quite meet
the needs of many companies. These reports result in direct improvements in daily
operations; they discover “lost” sales orders, work orders, purchase orders, etc.
They analyze inventory in surprisingly direct, simple and beneficial ways.
Doug can bring out the
best in warehouse workers. He provides accountability measures, encouragement
plans, and lowers the overall cost of delivery of products. His improvements
in efficiencies cause reductions in inventory and reductions of waste of materials and time.
Doug is a long time resident
